For the Iowa Army National Guard, he was awarded two Army Achievement medals. One for helping with setting up a tech supply for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, and one for completing a deployment for Operation Inherent Resolve. While deployed, he was the 2nd shift supervisor for the largest tech supply in CENTCOM, and help the US Army save millions of dollars, by updating the supply system.

For Sedgwick, he was under contract to automate reports, and helped update the software to give client services the power to update reporting in real-time. Developed algorithms for automating complex workflow, and increasing the automated report count in the 60--70% range to the 90%+ automated range.
